Elettronica GF continues to be the benchmark in IPC-certified manual soldering

Elettronica GF sets itself apart through its skill and precision, taking first place at the IPC Hand Soldering Competition, the international competition dedicated to hand soldering based on IPC standards.

The event was held during Focus on PCB 2025 and is the only B2B event in Europe entirely dedicated to the PCB, PCBA and EMS world. This year's edition featured 31 competitors from 18 Italian companies, who competed in a high-level technical test that was judged on accuracy, quality and compliance with international standards.

The title of Italian champion was won by our own Alessandro Manicone, who ascended to the top of the podium for the third consecutive year. This is an achievement that reflects the quality of the work that our professionals do every day, in addition to the constant commitment to training and continuous improvement.

Manual soldering is one of the most delicate, specialized activities in electronics manufacturing; precision, visual inspection and mastery of IPC techniques are key elements in guaranteeing quality and reliability over time. This award is a significant milestone for the company and confirms the high technical levels achieved by those people who contribute daily to the growth of Elettronica GF.

Alessandro will represent Italy at the IPC Hand Soldering Competition world finals, scheduled for “Productronica 2025” in Munich.
